• ADRC2VXD Adds a resource to a VxD file.
• DEVLIB Manages W4 compressed VxD libraries.
• EXE2BIN Converts a small-model .EXE file to a .COM file.
• HDR Displays information about executable files.
• INFEDIT Edits .INF files.
• SYMLIB Manages symbol files (.SYM files).
