GAIJITOCODE

Converts a EUDC index code to a character code.

• Returns zero for failure. Windows 95 always returns zero.

lpInData

The high-order word is the index to the EUDC character.

The low-order word is unused.

lpOutData

A pointer to the memory block containing the character code.

The character code is returned in the area specified by lpOutData.
