DVM_GET_CHANNEL_CAPS

Notifies a video capture driver to return the capabilities of a channel to the client application.

• Returns DV_ERR_OK if successful or an error code otherwise. The DV_ERR_NOTSUPPORTED error indicates the message is not supported.
