ToolTip Event

This event occurs immediately after a tool tip has been displayed on the Annotation Tool Palette.

Remarks

The ShowAnnotationToolPalette method displays the Annotation Tool Palette. The SelectTool method selects the annotation tool in the Annotation Tool Palette.
