The item number is zero based. For example, if the Received stamp is selected, an ItemNumber of 2 is returned because it is the third item on the Rubber Stamp Properties dialog box and drop-down menu.
The Rubber Stamp Properties dialog box is accessible by right-clicking on the Rubber Stamp tool in the Annotation Tool Palette. The drop-down menu is accessible by left-clicking on the tool.
