Scanner Error

An error has occurred with either the scanner or the scanner handler.  This error may be related to your scanner hardware or software.

• Check your scanner hardware to ensure that it is properly powered on, and then retry the scan operation.
  
  
• Save your work-in-progress, reboot your PC, and then retry the scan operation.
