ActiveX Designer SDK Framework

This document describes designer-specific extensions to the Active Template Library (ATL) that provide a framework from which ActiveX Designers can be implemented. The framework supports both ActiveX Designer SDK versions 1.0 and 2.0.

This document assumes that you are familiar with ATL, including how to implement a COM object, how to implement an in-process server, and how to register the various types of COM objects. For tutorial information, see the Active Template Library, in the Microsoft Foundation Class Library and Templates section of the Visual C++ documentation.
