Enhancement Storage

The components provided by Broadcast Architecture do not provide a way to persist enhancement information between sessions. Users, however, are likely to want some sort of storage functionality. Storage enables users to work on an enhancement, save it, and then finish it at a later time. Another advantage is that it give the user the opportunity to create and test the enhancements before they are broadcast to clients.
