Viewing Items Checked Out

The CML allows the user to:

• Display a list of all library title requests the user has submitted. When no requests are pending, the message "{user name} has no checkout request" appears.
• Display a list of all library titles the user has checked out. When no titles are checked out, the message "{user name} has no checkouts" appears.
