BDG Scenario 2

CML/LitCrit Outlook and Exchange Scripts

The scripts in this section define most of the actions of the Microsoft Outlook/Microsoft Exchange Server side of the CML/LitCrit application. Together, they support the submission of critiques through Outlook, the routing of those critiques to administrators for approval, and the re-posting of those critiques to the public folder.

These scripts communicate with the COM components of the CML/LitCrit application (and through them, the FmLib SQL Server database) as well as with objects in the CDO object model and the Microsoft Outlook object model. All of these LitCrit scripts, whether they support Event Service events on the public folder or are part of the LitCrit forms, are written in Visual Basic Scripting Edition (VBScript).
