When you open any form in design mode, its Actions page displays a number of default actions supported by forms of its base message class. In the case of the EnhancedLitCrit form, this means the IPM.Post message class, whose default actions are Reply, Forward, and Post Reply to Folder. Other actions are possible, however, and can be added to this list.
The business rules of the CML/LitCrit application require no support for the Post Reply to Folder and Reply to All actions. But the LitCrit Outlook form (as opposed to the Web form; see Creating the CML/LitCrit Web Form) supports the Reply action by copying the existing critique onto a new message as an attachment, which it then addresses to the person who submitted the critique. It is sent back to the submitter's Inbox; you cannot reply to the LitCrit public folder.
The Reply button appears only on forms you're reading. Because you reply to a critique by replying to the person, no discussion thread appears in the LitCrit folder.
A critique can be forwarded in the same way; it is copied onto a new message as an attachment. Then, in the main message, you type the name of the intended recipient, and send the message.
