Though LitCrit consists of two forms (see LitCrit Uses Multiple Message Classes), only one needed conversion to HTML. The IPM.Post.ToApprover form did not need to be converted because it technically never exists in the LitCrit public folder. It is created, and exists for a short period of time, in the agent's Outbox and is then sent to the approver's Inbox. After the critique is approved, its data is copied into a form of the message class IPM.Post.EnhancedLitCrit and it is saved into the LitCrit public folder.
This means that reading a critique from the CML Web application — just as from Microsoft Outlook — displays the critique in a form of the message class IPM.Post.EnhancedLitCrit. For this reason, that is the only form that the F & M team needed to convert.
Note There actually is a third distributed LitCrit form: BasicLitCrit. This form is not used in conjunction with the CML application or the FmLib database. It is a simple form that cannot perform several actions required when reading or editing critiques from the CML application. For this reason, it was not selected for conversion. Only the EnhancedLitCrit form was converted into HTML to be used with Microsoft Outlook Web Access.
