This section describes the design of the PT User application menus. Because the PT User application is not implemented in this scenario, the design is presented only at a high level.
The PT User application design calls for the following menus, which will provide options as shown.

| Tables | Display performance information and activity planning information. |
| Forms | Display forms in which users can read and/or enter information according to their roles. |
| Contact | Provide an e-mail link to an evaluator or an administrator. |
| Home | Display the PT User application home page. |
