Logo Frame

The logo frame of the PT Admin application contains five items:

The organization's logo (image)
The title of the form (text)
A description of the form's purpose (text)
An image that represents the administrator role (image)
ToolTip text for the administrator image. ToolTip Text contains further information about ToolTips in the PT application.

The layout of the logo frame, logo, administrator image, and ToolTip text on the image are identical in all of the PT Admin application's form views; only the titles and descriptions of the forms vary. All text in the logo frame is localized. The following table lists the title and description text that the logo frame on each form view contains.

Activity	Activity Form	Use this form to add or delete an activity or to edit information about an activity.
Activity Type	Activity Type Form	Use this form to add or delete an activity type or to edit information about an activity type.
Group	Group Form	Use this form to add or delete a group or to edit information about a group.
Group Membership	Person Group Form	Use this form to add or remove a person from a group.
Location	Location Form	Use this form to add or delete a location or to edit information about a location.
User	User Form	Use this form to add or remove an individual's database record or to edit information about an individual.
