Group Form View

Users add and delete groups and modify information about existing groups using the Group form view. Clicking an entry for a group in the left pane displays information about the group in the right pane. When a group appears in the right pane, the user can delete or modify it. The right pane for each form view varies. The following table lists the data entry fields and accompanying labels in the right pane of the Group form. Label text is localized for German, Japanese, and U.S. English.

In addition, the right pane contains labels that organize the form's content. These labels are not associated with data entry elements on the form. The label texts are "Group Information" and "Group Meets."

Group Form Buttons

The Group form contains Change, New, and Delete buttons. This set of command buttons appears on all screens, except Group Membership, in the PT Admin application. Standard Buttons describes how these buttons work. In addition to the standard buttons, the Group form contains View Activity List and View Membership buttons, which the following table describes.

Button text Action
View Activity List Displays the Activity form. The entries in the Activity List in the left pane of the Activity form are the activities for the group.
View Membership Displays the User form. The entries in the Person List in the left pane of the User form are the members of the group.
