Reusable JavaScript

The Performance Tracking (PT) application contains JavaScript functions that every Web page uses. These functions perform a number of important tasks, which the following topics describe:

• Using IsDirty.js to Track Changed Data describes the functions that track the state of the forms and display warning messages when a user attempts to leave a form without saving changed content.
• Using IsValid.js to Validate Data on the Client describes how the application uses JavaScript to validate data that users enter.
• Calling GetParam to Extract a Parameter Value describes how to extract a parameter value from a string.
• Using LoadList.js to Load XML Data into a List describes how to load entries into a table and manage the display of the table.
