PT Functionality for Auditors

Auditors are persons inside or outside the organization who can view performance tracking information. Administrators assign auditors to groups; an auditor can belong to any number of groups and a group can have multiple auditors. Although the PT Admin application does not implement the Auditor role, the functions of that role must be defined so that the Eval database design will support it for the PT User application. Auditors have read-only privileges and can view only information that is associated with the groups to which they are assigned.
