PT Functionality for Auditors
Auditors are persons inside or outside the organization who can view performance tracking information. Administrators assign auditors to groups; an auditor can belong to any number of groups and a group can have multiple auditors. Although the PT Admin application does not implement the Auditor role, the functions of that role must be defined so that the Eval database design will support it for the PT User application. Auditors have read-only privileges and can view only information that is associated with the groups to which they are assigned. Auditors can use the search by keyword functionality and can view the following information:
- Static information about a group. Auditors can view only information about the groups to which they are assigned.
- Static information about a person. Auditors can view only information about persons that belong to groups to which they are assigned.
- A person's group affiliations. Auditors can view which groups a person is associated with and in what capacities. Only administrators can assign persons to groups.
- Static information about locations. Auditors can view all location records.
- Static information about activities. Auditors can view only information about the activities of groups to which they are assigned. They can view these activities separately or together.
- Static information about activity types. Auditors can view all activity type records.
- Performance information for persons who belong to the groups to which auditors are assigned.
