System Attendant

The system attendant serves several miscellaneous functions. It rebuilds the routing tables, manages the server and link monitors, and sets up advanced security for Microsoft Outlook users.

Administrators and applications have access to the system attendant.

Administrators Administrators have access to the system attendant through the Administrator program to set time limits for keeping message tracking logs.

Applications Other applications running on Windows NT Server have access to and are accessible by the system attendant. The system attendant has access to the directory, MTA, and Key Management component to perform the following tasks:
