If you want to use Russian or Eastern European language character sets, follow the procedures presented in the sections below before you try to view one of these languages.
Before making any changes to Internet Mail Service, make sure that either C_1251.nls (Russian) or C_1250.nls (Eastern European Latin2) is in your Windows NT System32 directory and that the values in the following table are added to the registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System
\CurrentControlSet\Control\NLS\Codepage.
