Installation

Use the following procedures to install Greek and Turkish character sets.

   To install Greek and Turkish character sets as a global option

• To install Greek character sets, from your Windows NT Service Pack 3 compact disc, copy the ISO88597.trn file to the Exchsrvr\Connect\Trn directory on your Microsoft Exchange Server computer. To add the Greek character set as a global option, in the Administrator program, on the Internet Mail property page of the Internet Mail Service, set the character sets for MIME and non-MIME to ISO 8859.
• To install Turkish character sets, from your Windows NT Service Pack 3 compact disc, copy the ISO88599.trn file to the Exchsrvr\Connect\Trn directory on your Microsoft Exchange Server computer. To add the Turkish character set as a global option, in the Administrator program, on the Internet Mail property page of the Internet Mail Service, set the character sets for MIME and non-MIME to ISO 8859.

If you do not want to set Greek or Turkish character sets as global options, you can specify the message content by e-mail domain.

    To specify message content by e-mail domain

1. In the Microsoft Exchange Server Administrator program, select a server, and then select Configuration.
2. Choose Connections, and then select Internet Mail Service.
3. Select the Internet Mail tab, and then choose E-Mail Domain.
4. Add or edit the domain entry.
5. Select the character set you want to use.
