You can create a list of the public folders you use frequently that enables you to go directly to your favorite folders without searching through the entire public folder hierarchy. The list you create will appear at the top of the public folder hierarchy in Microsoft Outlook.
You can create a link to any favorite public folder or subfolder. Deleting a favorite public folder from this list removes it from the public folder favorite store but does not remove the actual folder from the public information store.
