Performance Criteria

The following items are performance criteria that indicate when the Connector for cc:Mail is operating at its peak.

• Delivery time should be similar to or better than end-to-end delivery time within the native messaging environment.
• Bi-directional file attachments must be supported.
• Directory entries should be maintained in the native messaging system format. Users of cc:Mail should see users of Microsoft Exchange Server in the directory as if they also used cc:Mail.
