Inbox Manager is a thread component that monitors SMS inboxes and performs file copying, moving, and mirroring. When a component or service is ready to pass a file to another thread or service component, it drops the file into an inbox. Working on directory change notification, and in some cases a polling cycle, Inbox Manager picks up the file and carries out the proper procedure based on the rules for that file and inbox.
