Troubleshooting Tips
If collections are not getting updated on child sites:
- Confirm that there are no errors by checking the Replication Manager status messages or the Replmgr.log file.
If only high priority requests are being successfully replicated:
- Check to see if some of the requests have been prioritized incorrectly.
- Reduce the number of high priority requests.
- Check to see if you have a large number of high or medium priority requests
- Verify that your network has enough bandwidth to handle the requests.
If Replication Manager does not successfully create RPT files for Scheduler to send:
- Check the Replication Manager status messages or the Sched.log file for any errors related to connectivity or packages not being properly received.
If Replication Manager does not successfully decompress package files:
- Verify that Replication Manager is able to decompress the *.rpl package files. After they are decompressed, verify that Replication Manager is processing them properly.
