Converting a Form
You can use the Form Converter to convert one or more forms at a time. After a form is converted, it is saved to disk in a folder appropriate for its message class. See Choosing the Form Destination.
To convert an existing form
- Start the Microsoft® Outlook™ HTML Form Converter. See Introduction Page.
- Choose the type of form to convert. See Selecting Your Microsoft Outlook Form.
- Choose a server computer where you want the form to be saved. See Choosing the Form Destination.
If in step 2 you chose a form installed in a forms library, go to step 4. If you chose to convert a form saved as an Outlook template, skip to step 5.
- Choose a forms library and then one or more forms. See Converting a Forms Library Form.
- Choose a Microsoft Outlook template to convert. See Converting a Microsoft Outlook Template.
- Indicate that you are ready to convert your form(s). See Starting the Form Conversion.
- When the Form Converter is finished, it displays a window indicating the results of the form conversion. If further customization of your form is necessary, the Form Converter generates a to-do list and displays it in this window. See Conversion Complete.
