Creating and Customizing Forms

When you create a custom form in Microsoft Outlook, you base it on something that already exists, either an Outlook item or an existing form or message, such as a message in your Inbox. To see the procedure for your own situation, choose your design environment from the following:

Using Microsoft Outlook 97 (version 8.03 or later)
