Naming and Saving Your Form

• Form description Form descriptions of any length will display correctly as long as they do not contain carriage return (CR) characters.
• Saving form definition In order for your form to have the intended message class when viewed using Microsoft Outlook Web Access through a Web browser, do not select the Save form definition with item check box when you publish the form.

  You would select this option to make an item appear as designed when viewed by a recipient who does not have access to the location where its associated form is published. This works only if the form is read using Microsoft Outlook; that is, an unconverted Microsoft Outlook form is being read. Someone who reads the converted (HTML) version using Microsoft Outlook Web Access sees the item displayed as a default IPM.Note (or IPM.Post) item.
