PageN.asp

Each page of the form is represented by a separate .asp page that contains a single <FORM> so that bound field values can be submitted to the server. Certain pages that are created automatically have predefined file names such as messages.asp and options.asp. Custom pages have generated names; for example, page_2.asp.

These custom pages become "PageN.asp" files as generated by the OFT-HTML converter. The converter uses a basic page template and merges in the results of converting the original form’s page.

There will be either one version or two of each page, depending on whether you want different layouts for read mode and compose mode. These are the possible versions:
