Pages of Forms

• Limit length of caption text When using Microsoft Outlook Web Access and a Netscape 3.01 browser (only), you cannot access a page on a converted form if the text in the caption for that page is extremely long.
• First page of a Contact form If you create a Contact form using Microsoft Outlook 98 (not Microsoft Outlook 97), you can customize the first page of the custom Contact form. When converting such a form, the Form Converter uses a Form Converter template file (the standard first page of the Contact form of Microsoft Outlook Web Access) without changing it. This means that any changes you make to that page when creating your form in Outlook are lost during form conversion.
• Using "All Fields" If you create a custom form with the Microsoft Outlook page "All Fields" visible, it will not be shown when viewed through Microsoft Outlook Web Access.
• Width of tabs If the text of a tab (the display name of a form's page) is too long, you may not be able to view certain pages in your converted form. To keep this from happening, you can change one line for each multipage control to control the width of the tabs. For example:
