Selecting Your Microsoft Outlook Form

In step 2, the Form Converter asks you what type of form you want to convert and where to find the source form. If your form is installed into a Microsoft® Exchange Server forms library, click Microsoft Exchange Forms Library form. Choosing this option displays the screen shown in Converting a Forms Library Form.

If you want to convert an Outlook template (.oft), click Outlook Template. Choosing this option displays the screen displayed in Converting a Microsoft Outlook Template.

Under Name of Outlook Web Access Server, choose or type the name of the server computer on which Microsoft Outlook Web Access is installed. On this server, the Webdata folder must be shared. See Sharing the Webdata Folder.
