Using Custom Actions
- Convert custom forms with custom actions While in design mode in Microsoft Outlook, you can set custom actions on the Actions page. You can create a button that launches a particular form — either a standard form included with Microsoft Outlook Web Access or a custom form. If you specify a custom form, be sure that it has already been successfully converted; otherwise, Microsoft Outlook Web Access will return an error when it tries to start this custom form.
- Number of custom actions You can use only two rows of buttons for invoking custom actions. Additional rows would be necessary if you added more buttons or lengthened the button titles. You can keep to one or two rows by limiting the number of buttons and keeping their titles short.
