This section contains the custom error codes used by Microsoft CDO for Windows 2000. All of these values are available as constants in the type library CdoErrorCodes module.
Error values are 32 bit values whose structure is depicted here:

Reading this depiction from left-to-right, the severity code, Sev, is one of the following values:

C — The customer code flag.
R — A reserved bit.
Facitlity — The facility code.
