Load Method

The Load method loads the specified configuration.

Parameters

LoadFrom
Specifies which configuration to load. It can be any value from the following CdoConfigSource enumeration
Name Value Description
cdoSourceDefaults -1 Load all applicable default field values.
cdoSourceIIS 1 Load any default values from Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS).
cdoSourceOutlookExpress 2 Load default values from Microsoft® Outlook® Express.

URL
This parameter is ignored and reserved for future use.

Remarks

Use the Load method to explicitly load (or reload) default configuration settings. These settings can include Simple Mail Transport Protocol (SMTP) service settings or Outlook Express settings. The availability of these configuration settings is dependent on the software installed on the local computer.
