The Reply method creates and returns another message that can be used to reply to the sender of this message.

The Reply method puts the sender of this message in the To property of the new message but removes all other recipients and any attachments. The To property is normally set from the From property on this message, but if the ReplyTo property is set, it is used instead.
If the configuration field http://schemas.microsoft.com/cdo/configuration/usemessageresponsetext is set to True (VARIANT_TRUE), the original message is formatted as shown in the following example:

The message response text is localized into the language specified by the http://schemas.microsoft.com/cdo/configuration/languagecode configuration field.
