About the DLC Interface

On Windows NT/Windows 2000, the DLC interface can be accessed from Win32-based applications and from 16-bit Windows-based applications. The 32-bit interface conforms largely to the CCB2 interface. The 16-bit interface conforms to the CCB1 interface. Windows 95/98 do not support CCB1 or a 16-bit interface.
