Our resident developer specialist, Dr. GUI, introduces the April 2000 edition of the MSDN Library. There's a lot of new content, and Dr. GUI's job is to highlight the best of it. This quarter, Dr. GUI's "don't miss" list contains many new Windows 2000 topics. Also coming under the doctor's scrutiny are a number of new articles on COM and COM+, a host of new topics about Web development, the new Fitch & Mather Stocks 2000 suite of technical articles and samples, and the new VBA articles in the Duwamish Books sample app.
