  D3DXPLANE* pOut,
  const D3DXVECTOR3* pPoint,
  const D3DXVECTOR3* pNormal
);

Parameters

pOut
A pointer to the D3DXPLANE structure that is the result of the operation.
pPoint
A pointer to a D3DXVECTOR3 structure. This is the point used to construct the plane.
pNormal

Return Values

A pointer to the D3DXPLANE structure constructed from the given point and normal.

Remarks

The return value for this function is the same value returned in the pOut parameter. In this way, the D3DXPlaneFromPointNormal function can be used as a parameter for another function.
