The IDirectDrawVideoPort::StartVideo method enables the hardware video port and starts the flow of video data into the currently specified surface.
HRESULT StartVideo( LPDDVIDEOPORTINFO lpVideoInfo );
If the method succeeds, the return value is DD_OK.
If it fails, the method can return one of the following error values:
