The DirectSound3DListener.GetVelocity method retrieves the listener's velocity.
object.GetVelocity() As D3DVECTOR
If the method succeeds, a D3DVECTOR type containing the listener's velocity.
If the method fails, an error is raised and Err.Number may be set to DSERR_INVALIDPARAM.
The default velocity is (0,0,0).
Velocity is used only for Doppler effects. It does not move the listener.
