Tracking Messages

You can incorporate message tracking functions in your gateway. Message tracking traces the progress of messages traveling through the gateway to Microsoft Exchange Server or to the foreign system. Typically, Microsoft Exchange Server message identifiers are incompatible with those in foreign systems. Translation tables between the systems are required to track all messages.
