Binding Agents Programmatically

It is possible to programmatically create and register agents (event bindings) on a Microsoft Exchange Server version 5.5 computer. Authoring tools built with Microsoft Exchange Server routing objects require this capability in order to register the routing engine as an event handler for a particular folder.
