Microsoft Exchange Server Scripting and Routing

Using the Scripting Agent and Routing capabilities of Microsoft® Exchange Server version 5.5, you can turn a folder into an application, enabling it to run event-triggered server-side scripts and control the flow of messages, forms, or documents among recipients in your organization.

You can use the Microsoft Exchange Server Scripting Agent and Microsoft Exchange Server Routing independently of one another, though the Routing capabilities make use of underlying Scripting Agent technology.
