Before you run Role Administrator, it is best to know the terminology used when working with roles:
A role performer DL (distribution list) is a group of people capable of performing a given function, such as approving an expense request. Within that group, an owner of the role performer DL is known as a role performer. Other people within the group are known as members. A DL can have only one owner. For more information, see About Roles.
