HrCreateDirEntryIdEx

The HrCreateDirEntryIdEx function creates an directory identifier for a MAPI object, given the address of the object in the directory.

Parameters

lpAdrBook: Input parameter. Points to a MAPI IAddrBook interface containing the address book (directory) in which to look.
lpszDN: Input parameter. Points to the distinguished name (DN) of the object.
lpcbEntryID: Output parameter. Points to the number of bytes in the entry identifier.
lppEntryID: Output parameter. Points to a pointer to the MAPI ENTRYID structure containing an entry identifier.
