Running the AEditor Sample

1. Open the Microsoft Visual Basic project file Agented.vbp
2. Click Tools->Options.
3. Click the General tab.
4. Under Error Trapping, select Break on Unhandled Errors.
5. Press F5 to Run the sample or File->Make agented.exe to build the executable, which you can then run.
6. When the Choose Profile window appears, select a user profile and click OK to continue.
7. Select a folder by using the folder icon or the Select Folder menu item.
8. If you have event service permissions on the folder, you can:
   • Create a new scripting agent and create the event handling script code.
   • Edit existing scripting agent event handling code.
   • Create a new Routing agent and create a routing map.
   • Edit the existing routing map.
