Open the URL of the sample file Logon.asp. For example, "http://server/mailbox/logon.asp".
This page will prompt you for MAPI logon credentials. If you have set Logon.asp as the default document, you can use the URL http://server/mailbox. (the virtual directory mailbox is only an example. Substitute your virtual directory in the URL above.) Provide the Microsoft Exchange Server Organization, Site, and server for which you would like to perform mailbox maintenance. The default values of the Organization, Site, and server are those for the local machine hosting the IIS and possibly Exchange server.
Select Continue with Mailbox Maintenance to proceed. If you configured IIS to use NTLM authentication, the Exchange Server must reside on the same machine as IIS, and changing the Organization, Site or machine name will cause the sample to fail. The Mailbox Maintenance page provides controls for managing mailboxes. The following list describes these controls.
Find - Use this control to search for recipients in the directory. The results will be displayed in the Recipients box below. If you want to simply add a new mailbox or custom recipient, you need not populate the Recipients box to continue.
Add Mailbox - Use this control to add a new mailbox. Fill out the form and select submit at the bottom of the page. You must choose an alias, display name, and an associated Windows NT account. You have the option of creating a new Windows NT account, or using an existing one.
Add Custom - Use this control to add a custom recipient. No associated Windows NT account is required.
Modify - Use this control to modify an existing mailbox or custom recipient. You must first select a recipient using the Find button above.
Delete - Use this control to delete a recipient. You must first select a recipient to delete using the Find button above.
You can always return to the Exchange Server Selection Page by selecting the link on the bottom of all of the pages.
