Creating a MAPI Profile with PROFINST

To create a MAPI profile with PROFINST

1. Create an object in the directory for the service using a utility such GWINST. See GWINST: Installing a Mail-Gateway Object.
2. Install the server application as a service of Windows NT Server. See SERVINST: Installing a Service.
3. To install the profile for a gateway whose service name is GW1, type the following command all on one line :

   PROFINST /SERVICE=GW1 /NAME=GW1 /TYPE=GATEWAY
