Canceling Appointments and Meetings

There are four related scenarios for canceling appointments and meetings:

• The organizer canceling an appointment.
• The organizer canceling a meeting or removing some attendees from a meeting.
• The organizer canceling a single instance or all instances of a recurring appointment or meeting.
• The attendee declining a previously accepted meeting.

Only the organizer of a meeting can cancel a meeting. However, attendees can remove themselves from a meeting by sending a decline response (even if its been accepted). The following sections contain the details for each scenario.
