Inviting Additional Attendees

Both organizers and attendees can invite additional attendees to a meeting. You can invite attendees to a meeting in your calendar folder and you can forward meeting requests from your inbox.

If an attendee invites another attendee, the organizer's attendee list is not automatically updated. Therefore, when the new attendee responds to the meeting request, the organizer can choose to add the new attendee by processing the response message and saving the updated meeting. A meeting organizer should be able to process responses from attendees the organizer did not invite.
