The Reply method creates and returns another message that can be used to reply to the sender of this message.

The Reply method puts the sender of this message in the To property of the new message but removes all other recipients and any attachments. The To property is normally set from this message's From property, but if ReplyTo is set on this message, it is used instead.
If the configuration field http://schemas.microsoft.com/cdo/configuration/usemessageresponsetext is set to True (VARIANT_TRUE), then the original message is formatted using the following:

The message response text is localized into the language specified by the http://schemas.microsoft.com/cdo/configuration/languagecode configuration field.
